Bozo's Big Wish
Bozo was a red shark. He lived in the sea.
One sunny day, Bozo saw something wonderful. He saw Captain Fox on the beach!
Captain Fox was yellow and round like a donut. He wore a big captain's hat. Captain Fox was playing in the sand.
"Wheee!" said Captain Fox. "This is fun! This is so much fun!"
Then Bozo saw someone else. It was Sparkle the hedgehog! Sparkle was very tiny, but very brave.
"Come and play!" called Sparkle. "Come and play with us, Captain Fox!"
They played together. They ran. They jumped. They laughed and laughed.
Bozo watched from the water. He wanted to play too. He really, really wanted to play.
But Bozo was shy. Very shy.
Bozo had big teeth. His teeth were very big. He thought about his teeth.
"What if they see my teeth?" thought Bozo. "What if they get scared? What if they run away?"
Bozo stayed in the water. He watched Captain Fox and Sparkle play.
He watched them build a sandcastle.
He watched them splash in the waves.
He wanted to join in. But his big teeth made him worried.
Bozo sighed a big, sad sigh.
"I wish I could play too," he whispered to himself.
What would happen next? Would Bozo find the courage to join his friends?
